We are breaking away from the traditional recruiting agency model and will offer full cycle recruiting services to companies while also acting as corporate talent agents for our candidates. Talent Acquisition Agent

Your role as a Talent Acquisition Agent for ZerisHer is paramount to accomplishing our mission. You will be joining the founding team and play a very instrumental role in helping us strategically navigate and disrupt the recruiting industry.

Your Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Talent Acquisition and screening for candidates in 3 main areas of specialty/career types

  • Building strong and long-lasting relationships with ZerisHer candidates

  • Consulting companies through our on-boarding process and thorough candidate placement process

  • Full Cycle Recruiting from job description writing, to job matching, to on-boarding follow ups

You're Qualified if...

  • You’re an experienced full-cycle recruiter (minimum 2-3 years), preferably with recruiting agency experience but with the right level passion for our mission, internal corporate recruiters will also be considered
  • You have experience with:
    • ATSs; we use Jazz HR, if you are not familiar with it and you really want to impress our Founder… sign up for a free trial and build a Role Modeler to thoroughly outline the kind of candidates you had the most success with in the past, use this instead of a cover letter when applying
    • HR software; we use Namely
  • Established track record as a recruiter in these 3 key areas:
    • High candidate retention rate from placements you sourced and on-boarded
    • High client retention rate
    • Success obtaining referrals from placed candidates and companies
  • You are highly respected by your colleagues as a confident, competent, and empathetic professional
  • You’ve been told more than once that you’re an:
    • Active Listener
    • Eloquent and insightful writer
    • Personable conversationalist
    • You’re exceptionally thorough and detail oriented
    • You have high emotional intelligence, strong personal values, and an unwavering moral compass
    • You trust your gut and have strong instincts
  • You are uniquely built for a startup environment because you’re:

  • You graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university

    • You have a heart for the cause of closing the gender gap and empathy for female professionals
    • You are frustrated with the recruiting industry and have ideas for ways to improve it from more than one angle

Your Compensation Structure

This is a straight-commission position that offers full benefits, startup perks, and the opportunity to join the founding team and play a very strategic role where your work will make a real impact on closing the gender gap.

  • Placement Fee Commission Splits with the House
    • Your commission percentage will depend on the experience level and area of specialty for each candidate placed
  • Year-end Profit Sharing (percentage determined by profit levels and the direct and indirect results of your work)
